(a) Effective with the quarter beginning December 15, 1980, the rate charged to the Tappan Company for use of the Tappan Sewer Treatment is hereby established at two hundred twenty-five dollars ($225.00) per calendar quarter.
(b) The Tappan Company shall continue to pay the cost of all electricity used at this plant.
(c) This rate shall apply only to sewer service rendered by use of the Tappan Sewer Treatment Plant and shall not apply in the event that other public sewer service becomes available to the Tappan plant.
