(a) Effective December 15, 2002, and notwithstanding the rates established above, a minimum charge shall be imposed upon all residential sewer customers of thirteen dollars eighty cents ($13.80) per quarter for up to 600 cubic feet of sewage per quarter, and upon all business sewer customers of twenty dollars forty cents ($20.40) per quarter for up to 600 cubic feet of sewage per quarter.
(b) Effective December 15, 2003, and notwithstanding the rates established above, a minimum charge shall be imposed upon all residential sewer customers of fifteen dollars sixty cents ($15.60) per quarter for up to 600 cubic feet of sewage per quarter, and upon all business sewer customers of twenty-two dollars twenty cents ($22.20) per quarter for up to 600 cubic feet of sewage per quarter.
(c) In addition, the surcharge specified in Section 929.09 shall be applicable to all minimum sewer users and shall be paid as specified in Ordinance No. 76-75 and Section 929.09 hereof. Any consumption beyond that rate shall be in accordance with the rates provided in Section 929.09. (Ord. 2-49. Passed 11-17-02.)
