(a) Any sewer user who does not have a metered water connection is conclusively presumed to use a constant sewer volume of one thousand cubic feet per month in each dwelling or commercial unit served. (Ord. 82-10. Passed 3-4-82.)
(b) Any property which is served by City sanitary sewer but not served by City water shall pay a sewer rate of seventy-seven dollars and twenty-five cents ($77.25) per quarter.
