An industrial monitoring charge shall be levied on certain industrial users of the sewage treatment works to provide funds to meet municipal pretreatment program expenditures required pursuant to 40 CFR Part 35.907 of the Federal Regulations. Industrial users shall be subject to an industrial monitoring charge per composite or grab sample collected for analysis in an amount equal to that established by the City of Mansfield.
