913.15 FORMULA FACTORS TO BE REASSESSED EVERY TWO YEARS.

Every two years the City Engineer shall undertake a review of the factors used to calculate the impact fee schedule in Section 913.09 and shall revise the schedule to accurately reflect current factors in the City at the time of the reassessment.
