905.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any requirement or provision of this Chapter or any regulation issued pursuant thereto shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and the cost or prosecution for each offense.
