Whoever operates a temporary outdoor amusement or permits the same to be operated upon land owned, leased, or under his control without obtaining a permit as provided in this chapter or in violation of any of the prohibitions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. The City may also seek an injunction or other court order to prevent the occurrence of the amusement or to otherwise enforce the provisions of this chapter.
