(a) All temporary outdoor amusements shall provide sufficient toilet facilities for all anticipated participants, adequate off-street parking, security personnel necessary to maintain good order; shall not serve or permit the consumption of alcohol beverages except as licensed by the State of Ohio; shall not permit gambling or the use or possession of illegal drugs; shall not allow boisterous or obscene conduct; and shall require that all participants maintain the public peace.
(b) No temporary outdoor amusement shall be permitted on any required off-street parking area or on any area designed as a green belt, storm water retention area or landscaping area as approved on the site plan for the premises.
