No person shall operate a temporary outdoor amusement within this City without first filing an application on a form provided and obtaining a permit to do so from the Service-Safety Director. The fee for the permit shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for an event of three days or less and an additional fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for every day or part thereof beyond three.
