As used in this chapter the term "temporary outdoor amusements" includes activities conducted outside of a completely enclosed building for a period of time of thirty consecutive days or less and includes any or all of the following:
(a) Electrically powered rides for which an admission is charged and whose primary purpose is entertainment rather than transportation;
(b) Rides upon or in vehicles pulled by domestic animals;
(c) Games or schemes of chance whether involving skill or luck wherein a consideration is paid for the opportunity to win any sort of prize or for and in consideration of the opportunity to use any equipment or device for entertainment;
(d) The sale of food or beverages from temporary facilities, such as trailers, trucks or other motor vehicles in connection with or proximity to the activities defined in (a), (b) or (c) above. Day shall be defined as a twenty-four hour period beginning at 12:01 a.m.
(e) Circuses.
