There is hereby established a Board of Appeals which shall be comprised of the members of the City Board of Zoning Appeals together with the Fire Chief and the Building and Zoning Administrator who shall be ex-officio members of said Board and who shall have no vote on any matter before the Board. Said Board of Appeals is hereby established and shall operate in addition to the appeal procedures set out in Chapter 3737 and 3781 of the Ohio Revised Code. Said members shall serve at the pleasure of Council and may be appointed, reappointed or replaced, from time to time, as determined by Council.
