Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 731.231, there is hereby adopted as the property maintenance code of the City of Olmsted Falls, Ohio, for the control of building and structures as therein provided, the most recent edition of the International Property Maintenance Code, all as the same may be amended or revised from time to time and the same is hereby incorporated by reference as if fully rewritten.
