(a) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree for the first offense and shall be fined not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) or be imprisoned not more than ninety days, or both. For a second or subsequent offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or be imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
(b) A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
(c) A violation of any provision of this chapter shall be cause for revocation of any license, certificate or permit issued to such violator or offending party by the City.
