1476.01 PROHIBITED

(a) No person shall install or cause to be installed in any residential dwelling or in any commercial or industrial structure, an incinerator of any type.

(b) Effective June 1, 1975, all existing incinerators within the City shall be banned from operation. Such existing incinerators shall be disconnected or otherwise rendered inoperable.
