In any case where a provision of this chapter imposes a higher standard than that set forth in any other ordinance of the City or law of the State, then the standard set forth in this chapter shall prevail, but if a provision of this chapter imposes a lower standard than that contained in any such other ordinance or law, then such other ordinance or law shall prevail.
