1470.11 ESTABLISHMENT OF WETLAND SETBACKS.

Wetland setbacks are established as follows:

(a) A minimum of 50 feet surrounding and including all Ohio EPA Category 3 Wetlands, or current equivalent Ohio EPA classification.

(b) A minimum of 25 feet surrounding and including all Ohio EPA Category 2 Wetlands, or current equivalent Ohio EPA classification.
