1465.03 NONCOMPLIANCE; NOTICE TO CORRECT; REMEDIES.
   Should any existing owner, agent or occupant of any real property in the City fail to comply with this chapter in such a way as to cause any member of the City's Police, Fire, Service or Building Departments to have difficulty responding to the needs of any property or property owner within the City because the aforesaid number is not adequately displayed as set forth herein, notice shall be sent by the City's Building, Housing and Zoning Administrator to the property owner, by certified mail, notifying the property owner of the inadequacy of the display of said numbers and requiring the property owner to rectify the matter, in keeping with this chapter, within thirty days from the date of said notice. Failure of said property owner to comply within the aforesaid thirty-day period shall cause said property owner to be in violation of this chapter and subject to the penalties set forth herein. This section shall apply to existing property owners and all new construction of real property. Any and all new construction of real property after the effective date of this chapter shall comply with the provisions of this chapter.
