Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. In the event that the person convicted is an organization as defined in Section 606.08, it shall be fined not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000).
