The minimum standard and size for all culvert piping placed in driveways at the point opposite ditches, or drainage ditches of whatever character, shall be as follows:
Type - Corrugated
Diameter- 12 in.
Length - 16 ft.
Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit installation of pipe of a better quality or of greater length and diameter than this section requires.
