1448.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) per day, per violation. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues. (Ord. 44-2018. Passed 6-26-18.)
