Any deposits, after deductions, will be refunded after the review and/or inspections are complete and the final grade is approved. If a review or inspection deposit balance falls below 25% of the original amount due, a further deposit shall be required within five working days of written notification. Failure to secure final grade approval may result in forfeiture of the deposit to the city.
FEES AND DEPOSITS
A deposit or fee is required for review of topographical plans, inspection of final grade, and right-of way openings as follows:
1. New dwellings fee (1-3 Family) | $850.00 ea. |
2. New dwelling deposit (1-3 Family) | $500.00 ea. |
3. New commercial fee | $1,500.00 minimum fee |
4. New commercial buildings (Non 1-3 Family) | $2,500.00 minimum deposit |
5. Right-of -way, residential non paved area | $250.00 |
6. Right-of-way deposit residential paved area | $500.00 |
7. Right-of-way deposit commercial non paved | $1,000.00 |
8. Right of way deposit commercial paved area | $2,000.00 |
9. Demolition deposit | $850.00 |
Any commercial deposit and/or fee shall be determined by the City based on project scope, number of inspections, and any other determining factors.
