Fees for special professional services. In the event that professional services are required for analysis, investigation or advice, consultation fees shall be charged and a deposit made to cover such services in the amount as determined by the professional involved. The fee shall be
deposited with the Building Department prior to any involvement of any professional.
Grading and excavating in excess of 50 cubic yards
Deposit
A deposit is required prior to review of any grading plan proposing to alter grade in excess of 50 cubic yards according to the following schedule. Any balance, after deductions for reimbursement to the City for professional services in reviewing the plan and approval of the completed grade, shall be refunded to the applicant. The applicant shall maintain the deposit according to chapter 1452.

Outdoor Temporary Sales or Displays
Sidewalk sale permits issued in accordance with the Olmsted Falls Zoning Code section 1252.08(a)(2) and 1274.10(b)(1) shall be subject to the following fee schedule:
WORK WITHOUT PERMIT
Any work performed without obtaining the necessary permits may be charged a double permit fee plus $50.00 for each permit not secured.
