(a) Council hereby ratifies and affirms the adopted revised guidelines of the City’s Architectural Board of Review adopted March 23, 2021 and currently on file (and available to applicants) in the office of the Building Department of the City, the same being incorporated herein by reference as if fully rewritten herein.
(b) Council acknowledges and affirms the general applicability of said Guidelines in any appeal before Council on matters arising before any administrative board or commission where the application of said guidelines are at issue.
