1430.01 ADOPTION.

There is hereby adopted by the Municipality, the Ohio Building Code (OBC) and all related Codes and Referenced Standards as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards and as may be amended and updated from time to time, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3781.10 and as published in Division 4101:2 of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC).
