1426.03 BOARD OF BUILDING CODE APPEALS.

The Planning and Zoning Commission is hereby designated as the Commission to carry out and perform the duties charged upon the Board of Appeals by the Residential Code of Ohio. Appeals shall follow the process noted in Olmsted Falls Planning and Zoning Code Section 1232.07, excluding subsection (b), Notice of Public Hearing.
