1214.07 APPROVAL OF PLAN; PERMIT ISSUANCE; REVOCATION.
   Upon approval by the Planning Commission of the plan as submitted or amended, the Zoning Administrator shall issue the necessary permits. Immediately thereafter, the Zoning Administrator shall file one copy of the plan as approved by the Commission with the Soil and Water Conservation District. The Zoning Administrator shall be responsible for the administration of such approved plan. If the Zoning Administrator finds that any of the provisions of such plan are not being complied with or performed, the permit shall be revoked until such time as the Zoning Administrator is assured that the necessary steps have been taken to comply with each of the provisions of such plan.
