(a) Swimming, wading, bathing or other similar conduct within the Rocky River and Plum Creek, in and around River Park, is hereby prohibited as being unsafe and dangerous conduct. However, the provisions herein prohibiting wading shall not apply to licensed fishermen who are wading for purposes of fishing.
(b) The Service Director is hereby authorized and instructed to post signs on all such public property prohibiting such activity within Rocky River and Plum Creek.
