1062.17 DESIGNATION OF ALLAN R. MILLS PARK; USE OF BASEBALL FIELD.
   (a)   The parcel of land presently known as the Southwest Memorial Park is hereby designated and named for all purposes from this time forward as the Allan R. Mills Park.
   (b)   The Mayor is hereby authorized to take all steps necessary to effectuate the necessary change of the name of such Park on any signs presently existing and containing the name of such Park.
   (c)   The Mayor is hereby authorized to conduct all ceremonies which the Mayor, together with the members of the Parks and Recreation Board, deems necessary or appropriate to properly change the name of such Park and designate and dedicate it as the Allan R. Mills Park.
   (d)   The baseball field located at the Park shall be limited in use to the following:
      (1)   The major girls league (ages thirteen to sixteen, and under) and intermediate boys league (ages nine and ten, and under) of the Olmsted summer league and the teams of the minor hot stove league;
      (2)   Girls under the age of seventeen and boys under the age of eleven, provided that they bat the ball only from the designated home plate; and
      (3)   Girls seventeen years of age and older and boys eleven years of age and older, provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult and further provided they bat the ball only from the designated home plate.
