1062.15 LITTERING AND DUMPING.

No person shall dump any rubbish or waste of any kind in the Municipal parks, nor, after using the parks for picnic purposes or for any other purpose, leave any rubbish, waste, bottles, cans or litter, but shall place the same within containers designated by the City as containers for such rubbish and waste.
