1062.03 SLEEPING; PEACE DISTURBANCES.

Sleeping or protracted lounging; loud, boisterous, threatening, profane, insulting or indecent language; disorderly or indecent conduct or behavior; and any acts tending to be a breach of the public peace are prohibited in the Municipa1 parks.
