1062.02 ANIMALS AND PETS PROHIBITED.

(a) For the purpose of this section, a pet is defined as a tame animal kept as a companion or for fun, and affectionately cared for.

(b) No pet shall be permitted within the confines of the Municipal parks, unless such pet is on a leash or is confined in an open-air enclosure sufficient to prevent such pet from running at large. (Ord. 56-91. Passed 7-1-91.)
