(a) No person shall place garbage or rubbish on a treelawn or at curbside prior to 4 p.m. on the day before the regularly designated collection day for the dwelling unit for which the garbage and rubbish is stored.
(b) No person shall place garbage or rubbish on a treelawn or at curbside for collection except in an approved storage facility as designated in Section 1060.02.
(c) Notwithstanding subsection (b) hereof, large nonburnable items, boxes, crates, newspapers, magazines, lumber, tree and hedge trimmings and other items not suitable for placing in containers may be placed on a treelawn or at curbside for collection. No item mentioned in this subsection shall be so placed unless it is bundled or tied or otherwise arranged in a fashion reasonably calculated to avoid danger to any person and to avoid littering any property.
(d) No alcoholic beverage shall be stored outside of any dwelling unit under any circumstances without an adult or other person legally authorized to possess such a beverage being present and in control of such a beverage.
(e) All garbage and rubbish storage facilities shall be removed from the treelawn or curbside within twenty-four hours following collection.
(f) Brush may be placed on a treelawn or curbside for monthly pick-up by the City no sooner than five days prior to the first Monday of every month and no later than 6:00 a.m. on such day. Brush placed so late as to miss the regularly scheduled pick-up shall be removed from the treelawn or curbside, stored in a sightly manner and placed for pick-up the following month.
