1060.03 STORAGE IN OTHER THAN APPROVED FACILITIES PROHIBITED,

No person shall store or cause to be stored any garbage or rubbish outside of any dwelling unit except in an approved garbage and rubbish storage facility as required by Section 1060.02. (W.V. Ord. 13-70. Passed 2-24-70.)
