880.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each offense.
   (b)   Whoever violates Section 880.45 shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. Each disclosure shall constitute a separate offense.
   In addition to the above penalty, any employee of the City who violates the provisions of Section 880.45 relative to the disclosure of information of a confidential nature shall be guilty of an offense punishable by immediate dismissal.

   (c)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 880.28 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
