860.25 HOURS OF OPERATION.

(a) No sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business shall remain open at any time between the hours of twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight and twelve o'clock (12:00) noon on weekdays and Saturdays.

(b) No sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business shall open on Sundays or on legal holidays as defined by Ohio Revised Code Section 1.14.
