860.24 PROHIBITION AGAINST MINORS IN A SEXUALLY-ORIENTED BUSINESS OR ADULT ENTERTAINMENT BUSINESS.

(a) No person under the age of eighteen (18) years is permitted on the premises of a sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business.

(b) No person shall recklessly allow a person under the age of eighteen (18) years on premises of a sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business.
