860.20 TRANSFER OF SEXUALLY-ORIENTED BUSINESS OR ADULT ENTERTAINMENT BUSINESS LICENSE.

"Sexually Oriented Business or Adult Entertainment Business Licenses" are not transferable. A sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business licensee shall not operate a sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business at any place other than the address designated in the "Sexually Oriented Business or Adult Entertainment Business License."
