The Chief of Police shall suspend a “Sexually Oriented Business or Adult Entertainment Business Employee License” for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days if he determines that a sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business employee licensee has:
(a) Violated or is not in compliance with this Chapter;
(b) Engaged in excessive use of alcoholic beverages while on the sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business premises;
(c) Refused to allow an inspection of the sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business premises as authorized by this Chapter;
(d) Recklessly permitted gambling by any person on the sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business premises; and
(e) Demonstrated inability to operate or manage a sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business in a peaceful and law abiding, manner as evidenced by conviction of violating provisions of these regulations governing sexually oriented businesses and adult entertainment establishments.
