(a) Every application for a "Sexually Oriented Business or Adult Entertainment Business License," whether for a new License or for renewal of an existing license, shall be accompanied by a one hundred dollar ($100.00) nonrefundable application investigation fee.
(b) In addition to the application and investigation fee required above, every sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business that is granted a "Sexually Oriented Business or Adult Entertainment Business License" new or renewal, shall pay the City an annual, nonrefundable license fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) within thirty (30) days of issuance or renewal of the license.
(c) All fees for “Sexually Oriented Business or Adult Entertainment Business Licenses” shall be submitted to the Director of Finance of the City.
