(a) No person who operates a sexually-oriented business or an adult entertainment business shall employ a person who does not have a valid "Sexually Oriented Business Employee License" or an "Adult Entertainment Business Employee License".
(b) No person shall obtain employment with a sexually oriented business or an adult entertainment business without having secured a valid "Sexually Oriented Business Employee License" or an "Adult Entertainment Business Employee License" pursuant to this chapter.
(c) All applications for "Sexually-Oriented Business Employee License" or an "Adult Entertainment Business Employee License" must be made on forms provided by the Chief of Police of the City.
