860.05 SEXUALLY-ORIENTED BUSINESS/ADULT ENTERTAINMENT BUSINESS LICENSE REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall operate a sexually-oriented business or an adult entertainment business without a valid "Sexually-Oriented Business License" or an "Adult Entertainment Business license" issued by the City for the particular type of sexually-oriented business or an adult entertainment business classification.

(b) All applications for a "Sexually Oriented Business License" or an "Adult Entertainment Business License" must be made on forms provided by the Chief of Police of the City. (Ord. 03-2004. Passed 3-9-04.)
