The permittee shall notify the City of any spills, leaks, explosions, fires or potential hazards immediately through the dispatcher at 235-1212 or 235-1234. A written report shall be filed with the City within thirty days, describing the problem, the reason for the same and the solution, and stating whether or not any long term effects are anticipated.
If, in the judgment of the Building, Housing and Zoning Administrator or the Fire Department, a hazard to life or property or a fire hazard exists, he or she or it may order the cause to be immediately corrected. If no action is taken, the site will be closed down.
