836.10 MANNER OF PLUGGING.

All abandoned gas or oil wells must be plugged in the manner prescribed by the Ohio Division of Mines, the laws of the State and this chapter, and shall be done under the supervision of the Building, Housing and Zoning Administrator and a representative of the Division.
