820.05 MINORS IN GAME ROOMS; DISPLAY OF CURFEW LAWS.
   (a)   No person under the age of eighteen years shall be permitted to operate a mechanical or electrical amusement device before 4:00 p.m. on school days, unless accompanied by that person's parent or legal guardian. The owner or operator of a game room or amusement arcade shall determine if, in fact, school is in session for the individual playing or wishing to operate such a device. On a day other than a school day, no minor under the age of eighteen years shall operate such device prior to 9:00 a.m. No such device may be operated by a minor under the age of sixteen years after 10:00 p.m., and after 12:00 midnight for a minor between sixteen and eighteen years of age, unless accompanied by that person's parent or legal guardian.
   (b)   The owner shall prominently display in an area near the mechanical or electrical amusement device, in his or her place of business, a clear legible copy of the regulations governing the operation of the device by minors, and the curfew laws of the City. Further, the owner or operator shall ascertain if his or her patrons are violating such laws and, if so, eject them from the establishment.
