(a) No minor under the age of sixteen years shall be upon any street or other public way or place between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the following day.

(b) No minor of or over the age of sixteen but under the age of eighteen years shall be upon any street or other public way or place between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 5:00 a.m. of the following day. (Ord. 66-87. Passed 6-23-87.)
(c) No parent, guardian or other person having the care, custody or control of any minor shall knowingly permit such minor to violate any of the provisions of subsections (a) and (b) hereof.
(d) Nothing in this section shall apply to any minor accompanied by one or both of his parents, his guardian or any other adult person having the care, custody or control of such minor, nor to any minor who is upon an emergency errand or legitimate business.
(e) Whoever, being a minor, violates any of the provisions of this section shall be dealt with in accordance with Juvenile Court law and procedure.
(f) Whoever violates subsection (c) hereof shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
