Whoever is convicted of violating any provision of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and subject to a maximum fine of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). Conviction for a second or subsequent offense for a violation of this Ordinance shall be a misdemeanor of the first degree, for which the penalty shall be not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisonment for not more than six months, or both.
