618.17 RAISING MINK.
   (a)   No person shall raise mink within the Municipality.
(W.V. Ord. 444. Passed 71-4-47.)
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
