(a) No keeper of a garage, parking lot or other place within the City where motor vehicles of any kind are stored or left for repair or for any other purpose, or any employee or any such person or place, who knows or becomes aware of the fact that any motor vehicle so stored or left has upon it, or in it, bullet marks, gunshot marks, blood stains or marks of evidence of any crime, shall fail to immediately report such facts to the Police Department.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
