(a) No person shall park a motor vehicle, if such vehicle has a total overall length of more than 192 inches, upon any street on which angle parking is permitted for a longer period of time than is necessary for the loading or unloading of such vehicle, and in no case for a period longer than sixty minutes.

(b) Upon streets or other public ways or places where angle parking is permitted, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway as is indicated by appropriate signs or markings.
