452.06 COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ON RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY.
   (a)   No bus, commercial tractor, pole trailer, semitrailer, trailer or truck, excluding a truck of under five tons gross vehicle weight, shall be parked anywhere in a residential or commercial district within the Municipality between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. the following day, or at any other time for a period longer than four hours, unless such vehicle is wholly enclosed within the confines of a garage or other suitable outbuilding; however, trucks or other mobile equipment may be parked for longer than four hours between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. if they are lawfully parked pursuant to Section 1274.07 (6).

   (b)   This section shall not apply to trailers, boat trailers, house trailers, mobile homes, utility trailers, boats, airplanes, snowmobiles, ski-mobiles or any other vehicle designed solely for camping and other recreational uses.
   (c)    The Police Department is authorized to issue written permits for the temporary parking of vehicles in violation of this section when unforeseen circumstances necessitate parking such vehicles outside a garage or other suitable outbuilding and, at the discretion of the Police Department, it would be unreasonable to require compliance with this section.
